Looks like the National Republican Congressional Committee is giving Republicans quite a scare regarding what might become a pretty nasty accounting scandal. Just what the GOP needs as Dems continue to out-fundraise them.

The investigation is centered around former NRCC Treasurer Christopher J. Ward, who apparently has been the treasurer for quite a few (understatement) GOP campaigns and DC political action committees.
